You can complete any membership application in centre or click here if you’d like to join onto an annual membership or register as a pay as you go (PAYG) member.

You can attend during our opening hours for a visit, however you may find our virtual tour useful also.

Our payment dates are set to the 1st of every month, or the next available working day.

If we’re unable to collect your direct debit for any reason, we’ll write to you to let you know and you can make a manual payment in centre or via the telephone.

If you need to change your direct debit details, you can do this direct with your bank who will contact us on your behalf. Alternatively, you can head to reception to complete a new direct debit mandate.

Please note we’ll need to have the new details by 15th of the month to take effect for the following month.

Please note cancellation requests are subject to the terms and conditions of your membership.

If your child is under 3 years old, you will be eligible for our Parent & Baby lessons.

If your child is aged between 3-4, they will be eligible for our Ducklings programme which is suitable for preschool children.

If your child is aged 4 years or older and a a complete beginner, they will enrol into stage 1.

If your child is 4 years or older and can already swim, they will need to book in for a swim assessment with a member of our Swim Team.

Our Parent & Baby and Ducklings is 1:6

Our beginner levels are 1:6

Our intermediate levels are 1:8

Our advanced levels are 1:20

You just need to remember swimwear (one-piece costume, trunks or shorts, wetsuit is ideal for babies), goggles, towel  and long hair to be tied back or worn in a swim hat.

We provide everything else required for their learn to swim journey including floatation aids.

We operate a ‘double nappy system’. This means a swim nappy (disposable or reusable) must be worn with a neoprene nappy over the top.

Accidents happen and this system will help avoid any accidents in the swimming pool, saving your blushes and prevent pool closures.

Yes please! All parents and guardians are required to stay on site for the duration of swimming lessons.

Your direct debit is calculated on how many lessons there are in the year, multiplied by cost of each lesson and divided by 12 months for regular monthly payment.

Direct Debit payments are split into 12 equal monthly payments and cover the number of lessons offered throughout the year.

Therefore, your payment will be due.

Whilst we endeavour to ensure all lessons are delivered, occasionally we may be left with no option but to cancel your lesson.

If it’s a planned closure, we’ll write to let you know as soon as possible and you’ll either be offered a replacement lesson or your future payments will be adjusted dependant on the number of lessons missed.

If your programme requirements payments in 10, your account will not be debitted for the lesson and where possible we’ll offer a replacement lesson.

If you pay via direct debit, your future payments will be reduced to reflect the cancelled lesson. Please note this will be weekly cost not the cost of lesson.

It’s an online feature where you can view your lesson dates, top up your payments and review pupil progress from our Swim Team.

You can, however you are unable to do this online. Please click here to submit a request.

We have on site parking which can get busy at time and there is also on street parking available on Horton Crescent and surrounding roads. Please take note of advertised parking restrictions. Parking is limited and can get busy at times.

There are bike racks available at the front entrance of the centre. Please note overnight storage is not permitted.

We do have a lost property system at the centre to which are securely stored for a short time. Perishable items are stored for 24 hours.

Any unclaimed items that haven’t been collected will be donated to charity.

Children aged 17 years or younger require an adult to be on site at all times.

Children aged under 14 years require direct adult supervision at all times.

Inductions aren’t mandatory for adults, however we strongly recommend booking one with a member of our fitness team. They’ll be able to guide you through the equipment and enable a bespoke experience for you.

Please note inductions are mandatory for all junior members.

We have varied opening hour as we operate for the Schools needs as well enabling our members to exercise.

We have disabled changing room including toilet and shower facilities.

We also have an accessible lift which enables you to get to our first floor.

We also have an accessible reception desk to support wheelchair users.
