Whilst we endeavour to ensure all lessons are delivered, occasionally we may be left with no option but to cancel your lesson.
If it’s a planned closure, we’ll write to let you know as soon as possible and you’ll either be offered a replacement lesson or your future payments will be adjusted dependant on the number of lessons missed.
If your programme requirements payments in 10, your account will not be debitted for the lesson and where possible we’ll offer a replacement lesson.
If you pay via direct debit, your future payments will be reduced to reflect the cancelled lesson. Please note this will be weekly cost not the cost of lesson.
